What we print, what we do not, and how we handle rights.

Your artwork, your rights

You must own, or have permission to use, every logo, design, photo and piece of text you send us. You keep ownership of your artwork.

What we do not print

Artwork that infringes copyright or trademarks, including brand logos, characters and band or sports team marks you are not licensed to use
Hateful, harassing or violent content, or content that promotes discrimination
Sexually explicit content
Content that promotes illegal activity or dangerous products
Deceptive or misleading content
Anything our print partners do not allow

We may refuse or cancel an order that appears to break this policy, and refund any payment for it.

Reporting a problem

If you believe a product made by us infringes your rights, email business@velanoma.com with details of the work, where you saw it and your contact information. We will review it and respond.
