Ordering
How do I start an order?
Send a brief through our quote form with the products, quantities, artwork and delivery address. We reply with mockups and a written quote.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the product and print method. Any minimum is stated in your quote before you order.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. See Samples to request one before a larger order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Changes and cancellations are possible before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible.
Products & printing
Which print methods do you use?
Direct-to-garment, screen printing, embroidery and sublimation, depending on the product and print partner. Our print methods guide explains the differences.
What files should I send?
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) for logos, or high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background. See the artwork guide.
Who owns the artwork?
You do. You must own or have permission to use any artwork you send. See our Content policy.
Can I preview my logo on a product?
Yes. Try the mockup studio. It runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship?
Shipping regions depend on our print partners and are confirmed in your quote.
What if an item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us with photos within the window in our returns policy and we will reprint or refund.
Can I return an item because of size?
Items are made to order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Check size charts or order a sample first.
